The Domaine des Ardoisières is a jewel of alpine winemaking, nestled in the preserved region of Savoie. Founded in 1998 by visionary winemaker Michel Grisard, the estate was created with the goal of rehabilitating the abandoned slopes of Cevins, breathing new life into this unique terroir. Today, under the leadership of Brice Omont, the domaine has established itself as a key player in mountain wines, combining respect for nature with a pursuit of excellence.

The Terroirs
The 13 hectares of the estate are spread across two principal slopes:
• Coteau de Cevins: Situated at altitudes between 300 and 500 meters, this steep vineyard is composed of slate and schist soils, producing wines with striking minerality and tension.
• Saint-Pierre-de-Soucy: This vineyard, planted on limestone soils, yields wines with elegance and exceptional aromatic depth.
