Description
A flagship single-vineyard cuvée, “Hominis Fides” comes from a unique plot of old-vine Grenache on limestone-rich sandy soils, some still on original rootstock. The 2010 vintage—balanced and slow to evolve—yields a wine of noble refinement, combining natural concentration with bright freshness and elegant depth. A benchmark expression of one of Gigondas’ greatest terroirs.
Vinification & aging
100% Grenache – hand-harvested, partially destemmed, fermented in concrete, aged 12–14 months in oak barrels (some new).
